Introduction
This “extended information notice”, which updates and supplements the previous versions, has been drawn up and personalised specifically for this website in accordance with the provisions of Art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), as well as the Order of 8 May 2014 issued by the Italian Personal Data Protection Authority, as amended and refined by the “Cookies and other tracking tools guidelines” of 10 June 2021.
It also integrates other information notices present on the site, in combination with which it provides all the elements required by Art. 13 of GDPR and subsequent Orders of the Italian Personal Data Protection Authority.
Important notice

Aim of the information notice
Our company uses tracking technologies in these web pages, using the so-called “cookies”, to collect certain information about the user, including certain personal data. Consequently , the purpose of this information notice is to explain to the user clearly and precisely the purposes and methods of their use.
This document completely cancels and replaces any prior indications provided by the company on the subject of cookies, which should therefore be considered as completely superseded.
Definition of “Cookie”
Cookies are text strings (small files) that the websites visited (“first parties”) or different websites or web servers (“third parties”) place and store in a terminal device available to the user (PC, tablet, smartphone, etc.), and then transmit them back to the same sites that sent them, during the same user’s next visit.
Cookies used by this website and their purposes
The cookies used on this website are of the following types:
1. Technical cookies: enable optimal, rapid website navigation for the user as well as the efficient use of services and/or of the various options that it offers, permitting, for example, a purchase or authentication for accessing reserved areas. These cookies are necessary to improve the usability of the website and their use does not require the user’s consent.
2. Analytics/statistical cookies: tools for anonymous and aggregate web analysis, which provide information on how users use the website, how they got there, number and duration of visits, etc. These cookies make it possible to introduce improvements to the website, which facilitate user access, and to process statistics. These cookies are comparable to technical cookies and their use does not require the user’s consent.
3. Profiling/marketing cookies: tools that make it possible to create a detailed “profile” of the individual user, which is then used to send targeted advertising. In particular, every time the user enters the website, information is collected, through the study of behaviour within the individual pages visited, on their habits, tastes, favourite products, etc. Later, this allows our company to “catalogue” the user and show/send them personalised advertising. These cookies can only be used with the explicit consent of the user, who can make their choices via the banner and/or via the link that can be found in the footer of the website and that can also be found at the bottom of this extended information notice.
Cookies installed by this website through “third parties’”
The so-called “third-party” cookies are cookies that may be installed on the user’s terminal by the operators of third-party sites, through and on behalf of this site, for the various purposes listed above.
When necessary, third-party “profiling” cookies used by this website are listed in detail in the link accessible from the website’s banner and footer, as well as possibly listed at the bottom of this extended information notice, through which the user may optionally express their consent to the use of all or some profiling cookies.
Browser settings
Please also note that the user can configure, freely and at any time, their privacy settings in relation to the storing and use of all cookies directly through their navigation software (browser) by following the corresponding instructions.
In particular, the user can set so-called “private browsing”, thanks to which their navigation software interrupts the saving of the site visit history, any passwords entered, cookies and other information on the pages visited.
Please note that should the user decide to deactivate all cookies (including technical cookies), the quality and speed of the services offered by this website may reduce drastically and access to certain sections of the site itself may be lost.
Legal basis of processing
For technical and analytics cookies, processing is necessary to optimise the user’s browsing of the site and enable them to easily use the services requested.
For profiling cookies, the legal basis is the optional consent given by the user, which can be revoked in full and/or modified at any time.
Revocation or modification of consent
The user may revoke and/or modify their choices at any time by accessing the link that can be found in the footer of the website, as well as at the end of this extended information notice.

The user also has the right to lodge a complaint or report to the Supervisory Authority, which can be identified in the Personal Data Protection Authority, or to appeal to the Judicial Authority.

Period of data retention
The data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to meet the requests of the data subject or in accordance with current legislation.
